I think you have to contact the scanlation group that has taken up the project....and tell them you're willing to translate. If the project is dropped, you can just do your independent translation and have it uploaded here or anywhere (tumblr for example)
I'm not sure how the "user submission" option works on this website.

http://www.mangago.me/terms.php there's some information regarding submissions there.
The chapter is for danshaku no aijin. Its been left alone for so long (I feel dumb asking) but am I allowed to submit a translation or are some manga never translated again because of legal reasons? There doesnt seem to be an ossue but I think its beyyer to ask someone who knows more than me on this
Just checked the MU page. It's not licensed so you don't have to worry about copy right and stuff.
It has two groups translating it, one is inactive now and the other one just hasn't updated it in ages (so pretty muchc safe to assume that it has been dropped for good)
So, it's totally okay for you to upload it since it is your independent work.
How do I submit a translation? I dont usually do translations but there is a manga ive been waiting for trabslation for 2 years and I was like...fuck it ill do it myself..help please? Is there a certain email or administrator
