Ok so I’m looking for this manga that I forgot the name of. It’s about this girl who is like a complete airhead and known around her school as being a “slut” and she doesn’t have any friends and only knows how to get affection by doing like sex things. One day she meets the student council president and asks him to teach her how to make friends and he makes a list of like 100 rules of being a friend with him, like no touching and thinking for 10 seconds before speaking etc. she also runs for student council and becomes the vp cause she wants to make more friends.
