Suffering? U mean like he has pitiful past trauma or he suffers cause he's a jerk which one

Past trauma is fine too..

And.. Not jerk.. Maybe something like, he got beaten by someone else and there's uke there to help him get better? Or uke is the who lock him and beat him (I wish this exist ㅠㅠ)
