I think that chapter comes after this. Maybe they mistakenly uploaded it.

This is just my assumption, but maybe meeting the mom scene comes after the last panel since dongwoo said he needs "to introduce himself" and asks for his suit.
Which makes sense to me cos dongwoo meets the mom warring a blazer I think(?)
