Looking for a BL Novel, I read it some time ago (on Wattpad I think).
Plot: Seme get's poisoned and is overcome with lust (obviously :P) he sleeps with the Uke who he thinks is a woman. After that the Uke disappears, years later the Seme still searches for the Uke and some people tell him they have found the "girl" he was looking for. There he meets the cousin or something and he feels weirdly attracted to him. That cousin has a weird illness which is why the family keeps him in a house far from the main house.
Does anyone know the Novel I mean?
