Yep that was his first love i guess. A little spoiler Muyoungs brother, Chanhee and the guy Wonho are somewhat connected.
I don't know why some of these comments assume that Chanhee likes Muyoungs brother? Like when i first knew there was a connection between Chanhee and Muyoungs brother i didn't come up with the impression of him being Chanhee's first love. The way Chanhee hated Muyoung at first isn't it right to think that Chanhee might have been in bad terms with Muyoungs brother. I don't know why would some of you jump to the conclusion that the first love is Muyoungs brother.
