Do any of you know of the a bl manhua where the MC was a servant to the ML in their childhood?
The ML was abused by his main wife and neglected by his father. The MC helps him out and steals books for him. MC even helps him get taken in by a wise master. They become close but MC’s mother was actually part of an assassin clan.
He’s taken back as he was only there to kinda keep out of trouble till he would get picked up. When he goes back he finds out his clan was paid to wipe out ML’s family so he tries to save him and while he succeed he gets into big trouble. Meanwhile the ML is now homeless or something.
This is all their childhood and the main story takes place when they’re adults. The ML is supposedly like a prime minister or successful politician.
I’d appreciate if anyone could tell me which manhua this is.
