Found out it's an unscanlated manga titled "Why Don't You Love Me? / Ore wo Aishitemo Iindaze? (俺を愛してもいいんだぜ?)" by Akiba Tohko (秋葉東子) in case someone else wanted to know. :)
Does anyone know what manga this ( http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/haikei_niisan_sama/tr/131659/page/1/) is? Or is it just an illustration?
Anyway, I have mixed feelings about this manga because I feel like we were off to a good start, where they were both confused and struggling with their feelings, but just when they finally came into terms with it, we're left with a mostly open-ended conclusion. I wish there were more chapters about them living together and slowly acting upon their feelings more. If you know what I mean. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
