Basically Hyuk had a huge crush on his private tutor he had in high school. He was rejected and then forgot about the guy. However, after seeing the yearbook that shows Dr Han when he was younger, Hyuk realises who Dr Han is and was to Hyuk in the past. At one point in this series when Dr Han looks through the yearbook of Hyuk, you see his facial expression change (I re-read it so I notice it now). His expression changed because he recognised Hyuk but didn't say anything.

Chapter 17 :) . It's subtle but when you see it you can't not notice.
I reread chap 17 and omg you were right! I think he recognized Hyuk, but didn't really show it. Dr. Han even said at the last panel that he will tell everything to Hyuk someday and they should just take it easy and take things slow. I guess, right then and there, Dr. Han made a wrong decision.
Whats happening if its the same tutor he had before is there have something goes wrong with them before ????
