You know, when I first read this manga back in 2017-2018, I just read it fast without trying to understand it, I was just reading it for the smut, and felt that the dubcon was pretty sus and thought of this manga as "another example of yaoi glorifying assault".
But now, re-reading the whole thing with more appreciation and attention to details (focusing on the main couple), I can say that this is actually deeper than it seems, the struggles of the characters are very understandable, and maybe deserved more pages to explore them. Coming to terms with certain kinks is actually a thing, because of how taboo it is to talk about them, even more while trying to still be considerate with your partner's limits and what they're comfortable with. Even though it was something that was talked about in just a couple of pages, I thought it was important.
