Don't forget the Vincent overheard Ercella and his father arguing about her postpartum depression. He basically heard that his mom's mental health was worsen by his existence.
Ercella despite knowing that he overheard them hasn't spoken to him about it.

I thought ercella and vincet were getting better???? It looks like their relationship took 10 steps back after ercella sent her lady in waiting to give him flowers. I could see he was upset that she didn’t do it in person?? But I’m not quite understanding the other reason as to why it took 10 steps back. He’s less indifferent but he’s acting more cold? If that makes sense.
