It's a yaoi. I remember that a guy transfer to a school that have 3 dorms (i think). And then, he fall in love at first sight by the guy who is a dorm manager. Well, I remember too that the dorms have competition with each other and the guy who transfer like this. The competition is like "the most beautiful dorm in the school". I remember that the guy who transfer is so animated that he decorated the dorm with lights, but because of short circuit, the decoration began to catch fire.
