The author of Blind Play on Twitter wants her webtoon to be removed in all illegal sites(like A Man of Virtue). Russian, Spanish, etc. They came across Mangago and saw the Instagram of the uploader of the last chapter and YD (the author) decided to message the uploader of chapter 22 on IG. They're putting bounty (rewards) so the readers will actively engage in "finding" and reporting the illegal uploaders/translators/distributors.
Is YD the real author? It said is executive of Korea writer union...? With such quality of works, Pretty sure none author has such free time to threaten or put bounty on someone.
My mind kept telling me probably author doesn't even know about this, I try not to blame everything on the author but who posted the messages in Twitter （￣へ￣）not only u didn't try talk it out but also making it worse, place bounty?what a joke.
