I love these webtoon and i don't often see people recommended it. All of this is Josei without smut and the plot is refreshing original for me.

There are many Underrated ones I've read. Right now I remember only a few.
Hana no namae (Shoujo)- Extremely underrated. Nobody knows the existence of such a beautiful manga.
Ohayou Ibarahime (Shoujo)- Probably not that underrated. You may or may not know about it.
Tada kimi wo aishiteru (Josei)- I consider this a masterpiece.
Okashiratsuki (Seinen)- I just love this. It's a very unique story I must say. Oh btw it's still ongoing
My girl (Seinen)- Same author as above. You'll love this for sure.
Annarasumanara (Seinen manhwa)- This comes to mind when you say underrated manhwa.
