Um no? Because another scan group was doing it, and they got uploaded over, so we have every right to tell them to back the f off. If you like reading the shitty versions how about go to their websites, instead of defending them here, where actual scan groups do shit.

No one cares about "their best", especially when as @Teddy said, they snipped this from people who actually care about the quality of the work they put out, and the story they're translating. Clearly "their best" is not good enough.

Unfortunately it HAS to be said like this because these snipers have literally forced good scan groups to stop because no matter how nicely asked to stop they still uploaded over people. I've seen it happen with many great Mangas. So, yes, we do have to be mean about it, because most of the time they just keep doing it.
