Ummm. those 18+ warnings are only on sexually explicit mangas, and there are a lot of other kinds posted here that are fine for 13+ - it only says that it does not knowingly collect data from children, it can still track anyone and everyone. *wink* (⊙…⊙ )
I just like how scanlations group be like "WARNING 18+ WARNING18+" while mangago be like "Nahhh it's okay if you're 13"
