True true it was very challenging for me too to understand the way Ukie-san treats Waki-kun especially when he was just a child. Also the way she just brushes off Waki-kun's efforts to have her involved in his life like when he introduced Kami-san or the past gf in the flashback is just frustrating. If I was her child I definitely wouldn't grow up as good nature like Waki-kun and I might have held a grudge but that's just me and my opinions. And this might come off as being immature but eh
Yes exactly! It's frustrating bc it seems to show that she doesnt have any good reason to behave that way too. And yeah, i'd resent parents that neglect me in my childhood. Waki is so precious to have grown up a good person
You know, not everyone is lucky to have a good mother.Tbh it's still hard for me to understand Ukie's feelings for Waki as a mother. She's clearly not affectionate, but I do think she cares a little. At least enough to feel some guilt.
