Nah ye he is intelligent but did u notice the other characters they said that he was sometimes stupid and dense? Lol probably cause he was pregnant or something idk

Maybe the author made him stupid so that Maetel can rescue him...
But I think the whole character is crumbling..
Like he is the commander here...how can he provoke a pshycho just on impulse...
