Well, the seme already sort of got his way because now the uke has been broken. Yes, he did awful things because he couldnt care less about anyone or anything. Now he feels sadness and pain (self caused) and he is already punishing himself but trying to cope the best he knows how to. I always thought never add a punch to someone already on the ground defenseless but that’s just me I guess.
