The desperate human believed it and he ran away to one of the uncle's villa. Drained his blood but this did not work, instead this killed him.

He took back his lover to his main house and locked himself in the room. Leo went to his aunt to tell her that leo's cousin( the uncle's son ) wanted to see his father and that its been so long since he saw his uncle go outside of his room. Seeing his aunt didnt really plan to take action, he went to the room together with his cousin. Only to see a pile of young dead human bodies in the room.

The uncle was devastated that his lover's body was decaying so he used his lover's body as a nutrition to the flower, since the flower was withering he followed his lover's previous plan to make him younger. He started to kill young people and drain their blood and pour it on the flower. He went insane, and told leo that it had worked as the flower did not wither.
Leo replied: "I dont know what you are talking about uncle, that flower is already dead"
Yea the uncle went insane after his lover's death. After that incident he still continued on killing young people of any race and continued to pour blood to the flower. Until one day his uncle committed suicide. It was said that the uncle ate the flower before he killed himself.
