I don't remember much about him going in heat, it seems that it rarely occured and in the form of the fake symptom. The story is quite short, just 7 chapters so the hidden secret came out very quick
So I'm gonna assume the other guy knows whats up amd that he's not an actual omega and decided not to tell him, because our MC is actually going to his personal doctor which he gets his treatment and medication from.
