Surprisingly good. I usually avoid psychological/tragedy tag, bcs in general the vibe can be angsty and depressive, this one I actually like. The implied incest is OK for me, it's not like we haven't seen incest in many bl trope. Despite the depiction of did, this is definitely NOT a learning material for any kind of mental illness, manga is intended to be entertainment and should be treated as such.
