SALTY???? what does that mean? Annoying?

Idk where I’m from it means that the person is bad lucky and their bad luck affects others

im pretty sure people use it as “she’s cold” (as i’m not caring if they hurts them) or like “shes rude” or if someone were to say “they’re still salty about that incident?” then it often means — that they’re holding a grudge from that incident
