Yeah maybe they’re saying she’s plain the same way I say vanilla ice cream is plain. I really like vanilla ice cream just the same. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
but at the same time, plain is mostly used to imply “boring” but i do agree with you.
Look in some parts of the world being "plain" is a symbol of simplicity and purity. So maybe they're using that word in a nicer context in some bits then we think? Idk but i just wanted to say that if someone calls me plain i don't see it as an insult.
