The bar mama gets shivers because his prescient (foreseeing/foreshadowing)statement about Yamaoki being loved came true when the seme said "I love you."
Isn't it when one feels cold or shivers, ppl are usually talking bout one or smt? The bar mama reaction(that art) at the end was quite off.
