Ml already told her a million of times that that guy likes her. She's alr in a relationship so why isn't she setting up boundaries. Although I've never been in a relationship myself, I think I've read enough to say that you should be honest with your partner no matter how trival it is for you, especially if it's about someone that he/she warned you about.
