Does anyone know why it's uploaded by chapters? I thought it was going to be uploaded in full.

P.S. I'm just asking without any means of harm to whoever uploaded, it's just that the internet connection in my country is super slow so it takes a while for all chapters to load so kinda wishing it was uploaded in full.
