No, I think he is a beta won't change to an omega . Because at first they showed us the ceremony where he was appointed as the ceo and told that he is a beta. Now the story is a flashback of his story, still he is a deputy chief.
I really hope this isn't one of those "suddenly wakes up and he's magically an omega" type of stories, I love how he shits on omegaverse tropes lol.
