Okay so hear me out, I tried to mtl the proper translation and what I understand from their conversation is: My understanding starts when ML ask MC questions, same question but in three different form. So MC says you are giving same question in three different forms, but he says he answers. He says, he started like him and understood that he had feelings towards him, and he hated having those feelings towards him(which I think made him only reason to hold on to life and, at the same time felt pathetic for some reasons) , and ended up telling him to make him know as well, since he was planningto leave ML anyway if you guys remember. Which of course ML didn't understand. And he asks the same question from ML, when he understood that he had feelings for him. ML answers, first it felt like daily urges being with MC, like taking bath, or sex and he than says that this feeling reminded him more like a hunger. In proper understanding like ML was hungry for MC. Like in need of MC, you know what I mean? So he said that feelings he experienced towards ML is like hunger. And the moment when he finally understood that he was hungry/had feelings for MC, ML says when he hugged him, when MC had conversation with his mother. Uhh? Did I explain it properly.
