Idk how Mangago does it since I've never seen an ad when reading on mobile. MRM on the other hand, you gotta have a humiliation kink to want to read from there in any public location. It might be the fluffiest shounen ai with cute drawings but the story will be sandwiched between ads with real! not drawn dicks and assholes :)
Mangago also used have porn ads way back in 2015 just like MRM , but then they removed those ads and add up themselves to fashion something ti cover up I guess so only non account people can switch to ads which is link of fashion ads but when you make account it removes ads for us like making us prime readers.
