I’m pretty sure alpha=top, beta=switch, and omega=bottom

Beta - normal people (female, male)

Omega - goes to heat every month, can get pregnant regardless of gender. Releases Pheromones. High chances of getting pregnant when in heat.

Alpha - Omegas partner, also release Pheromones, usually do the marking.
(Marking occurs when the Omega and Alpha decided to become mates or life long partners, it usually done by biting the nape)

Pheromones: Can only sense by Alphas and Omega's, if one has a mate other alpha or omega can't sense their pheromones.

For most cases
Alpha is those who born to be superior. got pheromones which can be used to put pressure on other alpha(s) or to attract omega. They experience rut and is easily attracted to omega pheromones (especially during omega heat). Mostly possessive and leave their pheromones on what belong to them as marking.

Beta is the "ordinary" one. They are the majority as well. Unlike alpha and omega they didnt have any pheromones and is unable to smell pheromones too.

Omega got sweet pheromones and experience heat every month. Can get pregnant no matter what gender they are.
