They may have similar hair and other things but for them, she didn’t look like their sister. A lot of people have those features but don’t look the same.
Childhood friends can fall in love, so they can too. It’s not the same when you know they’re not siblings. Since the beginning they rejected her as a sister. And even when they started to get along, it was more very close like family/friendship than real family. I don’t know if you get what I want to explain

I know they not blood related but they grew up calling each other brother and sister, under the exact same roof, moreover, she looks exactly like his younger sister (with blue eyes I guess, like the twin).
Even if they don't have a single drop of blood that is similar, it still feels like incest to me and it's pretty inconfortable ....
