Yes and just trust him. Even if Han had a really promiscuous life, if someone talks to him sincerely, it's evident that he's serious with Hyuk, even if he himself is not exactly sure with what he feels.

His friends are party people and are pretty much the same as him, having superficial relationships. Guess he can't trust any of them nor they can try to be "friends" with him. He doesn't make deep relationships since uni, and everything's fast paced and superficial, just like what he did with Hyuk 6 yrs ago. So he's pretty much alone which really is his fault.
