I read a yaoi manga about an older brother having sex with his younger brother against his will. The older brother is a doctor or someone who works in a hospital. The younger brother likes a guy in his class, he's his friend or best friend. One day, the friend comes to the brothers' house to deliver notes or something related to school to the younger brother and he sees the two brothers having sex and the younger brother is being handcuffed to a chair or something in the house. There is one time the older brother punishes the younger brother by putting a vibrator inside in the morning and so after school or lunch break, he has to come to his brother's workplace to get it taken out.
I can't remember the name of this manga and I've been trying to find it. From what I remember, I read from the comments that this manga has been discontinued. If anyone knows of this, please tell me the name or post me a link. Thank you!
