I don't like the way this manga treats the rape subject. If it's going to portrail rape as it is, the pace should be a lot slower than it is, and the boy thinks that it's her fault people see her as a target. WTF, man? We (women) should be able to walk on the streets using a mini skirt and not feel like a target to rape. I already avoided some clothes because I was afraid to be molested/raped, and that is NOT alright at all. I hate that this fear of rape exists in pretty much every woman. Men should not rape. It is not the victims fault.

Considering people are raped regardless of clothing, this whole covering up so we don't attract attention is dumb anyway. Blame the rapist. Not the victim.

I agree with every word! But, I don't know in your country, but here in Brazil, if you wear something that a man thinks it's "sexy" or provocative (which is ridiculous), he will SCREAM things at you that THEY think as a compliment. On the streets! And it's never a compliment, like "DELICIOUS", "COME HERE". I feel exposed, uncomfortable and I saddly admit that sometimes I avoided a skirt cause I didn't want to be attentive. I only left my country once to go to Japan, and there I felt totally free, I didn't feel like I was in danger at all, and lots of girls wearing mini skirts and not being/feeling threatened. Oh man, I should live there...

And yes, it's always the rapist fault, not the victim! And this manga insists in show the boy saying otherwise, and it really pissed me off! (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

I never experienced anything like that but I know cat calling is wrong and demeaning. I'm sorry that you had to go through something like that. At the same time I'm so angry for you like, why do men feel so goddamn entitled to another person's body, like fuck off asshole.
