I suggest you to read the mature version and then catch up with the original one since it's the mature one stopped at season 1 I think and in the original one they literally are rubbing pants
The shounen ai has seasons 1, 2, and 3 while the mature version only has season 2.
So you have to start with the shounen ai version and you can switch over to the mature version to see the uncensored scenes for season 2.
