Yeah, I think he is. Also he's clearly is pressured about his family situation especially with his dad. I'm sure that he truly have the feelings towards the bottom but could not face it due to circumstances. But still, that's not a valid reason to make mess with people. I'm glad that they didn't ended up together.

Like narcist people ussually dont really care about others however they have this envy of always wanting to control them and have them as their possesion which is why even if they dont actually love someone and dont give them enough love , if they see that person showing interest to someone else or anythint they might suddenly become affectionate just to not lose whats "theirs"
