That's probably the last person to break up with him and that really devistated kiyoshi because he didn't know what he did wrong and wanted to fix it. Santa said that was the problem, he does anythig to please him.
wish i could believe this 100% but after reading the spin off im not totally sold on the idea ngl it really seems to me like he likes the idea of being lovers and not the person himself. though it'd probably change in the future going by where it stopped currently
it's clear as day kiyoshi still has feelings for santa. and his current bf has such a huge heart for accepting that anyways - if it were me I would've been so insecure. i wonder if there's a story for them? I'd love for the current bf to feel more love
