It was a oneshot drama manga but i think it was also shounen ai it was in a world where there is a certain disease that effect children that make them sand and so disappear the story about boy with the disease all he has left was a couple days to live so he & the doctor go outside to enjoy his final days and there he simply disappear , it was a really sad story
