Do As Infinity, but they broke up. They've still got songs online though. TommyHeavenly6 is pretty good, but I haven't heard a lot of their songs.

D'espairsray is my favorite jrock band. Others worth checking out are Existtrace, Dir en grey, and lynch.

I'm not sure it's jrock, but I really love Creep Hyp at the moment!
