She can lip read. Not using sign sometimes is not a big deal. They’re still using a common language both can understand, sounds like you're underestimating Yuki too much. Plus he’s already so fluent in sign even though he’s started learning not long ago which says a lot about how he’s learning earnestly.
No. She can manage and I am certain of it. She also told something about confidence to her boyfriend one time. But it is way more comfortable for her to have someone signing and It's not the first time the comic shows her missing something. Also she reads lips with everyone and if not she is writing on paper or in her phone.
Her boyfriend will be fluent in no time because he catch things fast and this is very nice. This is just something that is bothering me.

I like this story and the couple is cute but they bother me. She is too permissive with him and It brother me that he still talks to her instead of sign. Her family as well and I only can imagine the hard things she when through because her family don't know sign language. The only person that sing with her all the time is oushi and I live him but I know he is kind of ass with her. (-10. Points to him).
In moments like this koe no Katachi comes to mind.
I still can't accept that she was like " you can hug me from behind" to her currently boyfriend when oushi was respecting her and telling her friends to not hug her from behind. I know she allowed her boyfriend to be cute but GIRL!! You are giving the green card to people to be in their confort zones.
Doesn't she get tired of being left out of conversations?
