I have a gut feeling that these recruits will probably stir up some trouble, (ex: punishing the students to the point they will almost kill them because they can't control their emotions) causing for TRPA to almost disband, or maybe use this recruits as sidekicks to bait some bullies out of their shell.
I really think that this season will revolve on how much power the TRPA has and how much consequences this will lead to if you use this authority irresponsibly. and as everyone knows, With great power comes with great responsibility
