He just acts that way to her. ( can't remember if they showed it in the novel at this point or in the coming chapters.)
He's a little devil behind her back, I think the ex-husband uses this to threaten him. It caused some drama but only for a moment.
99% Of ML become Dogs after they meet with the FL, it's becoming a cliché at this point. Really why are we surprised?
Why is Henry character getting so childlike, he has lost his charm of the earlier chapters and doesn't suit Navier anymore.
