Nope, that wasn't it. I think the hair color of both father and daughter was silver. Or at the very least, both were light.

It was an isekai I think and the girl reincarnates as the villainess I think? She's a kid now though. And I think her dad is the prime minister or something? She like sucks up to him by waking up to see him off everyday and dad dotes on her a lot. Not sure if he didn't before and started to, or he always did though.
She also got the power of some spirit despite being a young age? I might be confusing with another story, but I think this spirit was a wind spirit that caused some trouble in the castle one day?
She also has a brother who I think becomes powerful sorcerer later (as in in the og otome game).
