A wanna say it was part of an anthology of 2-3 stories, about two chapters long. Think I found it on one of those "Adorable BL" user made lists. I read it around September of last year.
The MC was the top and he was a former nerd who got bullied in high school. I remember specifically he was in a gardening club and got his plants destroyed by bullies. In college he meets one of the bullies who fell in love with the now hot MC at first sight. The bottom is a airhead who had a weird fashion sense, had a weird vocabulary and had big blonde spiky hair. The MC wants revenge and is a douchebag. Eventually it is revealed that the bottom was in love with the MC in high school but was unaware that he was the same person he was now dating. This causes the MC to snap and reveal his plan to the bottom. I specifically remember the bottom saying something like "I'm kinda of dumb so *insert rest of sentence here*". I forget how but they wind up together.
I want to read it again because the bottom was cute in a dorky way and I love dorks. The plot genuinely wasn't the best but I just want to see that dork again.
