Dear I'm no expert. But ain't you suffering from anxiety disorder?
I'm usually the least anxious person you can meet lol. No really, I don't usually suffer from anxiety??? I don't know where the restlessness is coming from, but it's keeping me from doing anything. I'll start on a task but then drop it midway, I'll sit somewhere but then can't stay still for more than a few minutes...this started yesterday and got worse today it's weird
Oh my god sameeee!! We get restless for no reason at all I keep making myself think that everything is going well, but I'm still feeling restless no matter what I hate that feeling, it comes so suddenly and disturb my daily routine lol
So what do you do when you try to relax? I'm not even taking any medications/drugs lol so it's definitely not that. I thought I could look for a nice, interesting manga/hwa with good art and a really interesting plot to read and chill.

I don't know what's wrong with me these days, I feel restless (like one gets when they left the oven on, or when they have an important project but still haven't started it! )But the problem is that I haven't forgotten/am not procrastinating anything!! lol
So I need a story I can get engrossed in and that will hopefully help me settle down.
