Next cut scene shows dohyeok at work getting slapped by that one old lady..his grandma? Forgot who she is to him lol but yeah (saw many funny op's comments saying they should stop hitting him on the same bruised cheek and do the other instead lol) she yells at him then talk calmly holding his shoulder (bipolar much lol) then next cutscene him in elevator having inner thought conversation then he steps out of elevator and see a group of male workers together they say sumn to him and then the art style changed from them being colored to all dark gray (scaryish to show his pov of them) and he gets scared and goes away to the stairway and he gets all anxious holding his hand over his heart. Lots of op's are saying its happening he finally getting trauma from what happened to him.
