do you mean you just want to look and read shoujo stories? you can just go to the 'all genres' and click 'shoujo'... you can check if you want the popular ones here or just updated recently. you can be specific about the genres you would like to see...
gl and bl is pretty popular here that's why they dominated the top 10 spot
They really can't do anything about that. The ranking is based on the readers' current interest. And shoujo genre is not enclosed to straight manga/manhwa/manhua since its target readers are female. No one has control with the genres except the creator.
A little tip: If you are looking for shoujo reads just tick (x) in the yaoi/yuri genre when searching or might as well find a list full of it
i recommend looking at the tags rather than the genre because most uploaders would put the wrong genre by accident

The top 10s are being dominated by yaoi and yuri and i dont even read them like WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON. Like even the shoujo genre has a yaoi HOW ☠ KEEP THE SHOUJO GENRE SUPER CLEAN FROM ANY OF THIS (if possible)
