Dengeki Daisy, Ouran High School Host Club, Beauty Pop, Ojousama No Himitsu, Hana to Akuma, Backstage Prince, Hana ni Arashi, Otome Bead Club, All of those have that comedy romance feel. One or two are heavier on the romance than the comedy though.
