Nah, I still can't figure out how she isn't a bad person (mother to chizu) given all that. Like she couldn't even hold chizu's hand or put her within her sight...they're literally in a public space filled with people. And they have the audacity to gaslit Naoki into thinking that they can provide a better environment for her??? idk why she even left them in the first place when she'll settle for the same situation anyway (maybe financially better but the work???) like I'm pretty sure chizu's a hundred times easier to raise than that boy and her new husband works his ass off too, how dare she want to have Chizu when she treats her like an extra in the family???
